We took a Catamaran trip which sailed the west coast of St Lucia past the Pitons.

We stopped at Soufriere and you could see the French influence in the architecture, it looked like a smaller version of New Orleans with some wonderful old buildings.

We then took a bus, stopping at the botanical gardens where we saw many exotic plants and flowers but all very similar to those we see here in Trinidad.

We ended our tour of the gardens at a waterfall which is fed from the sulphur springs which surround the volcano on the island, before stopping for lunch.
